Nick Bodie

Based in Powell River with his family, Nick offers his clients dedicated commercial and investment real estate services locally on the Upper Coast and on Vancouver Island.

A seasoned real estate professional, Nick began his career over 30 years ago in Vancouver as a licensed commercial realtor with Goddard and Smith International Realty. He spent 16 years in South Africa and the UK, always working in real estate / property positions, before relocating back to BC in 2012.

Nick provides confidential advisory services to clients in commercial, investment, multi-residential, hospitality, industrial, among other specialist sectors. Nick’s real estate experience includes both the private and public sectors postings.

Nick holds a Master of Science (Real Estate) Degree from the College of Estate Management, Reading University (UK), was certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), has a Masters Certificate in Project Management (University of

Victoria) and a Diploma in Marketing Management (BCIT).

In his spare time Nick enjoys hiking, biking and boating throughout the recreational regions of Powell River / qathet, the Central Coast and Vancouver Island.
